Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Food Expeditor to oversee the seamless flow of food from the kitchen to our residents. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence, ensuring that every dish is presented beautifully and served promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely service.

- Inspect dishes for presentation and quality before they are served.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to address any issues or special requests.

- Maintain a clean and organized expediting station.

- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed.

- Foster a positive dining atmosphere through exceptional service.

- Ability to plate dishes up to 5 start standards and assist executive chef when needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a food expeditor or in a similar role within high-end dining or luxury settings.

- Strong understanding of food presentation and quality standards.

- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays
